Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped.
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
• Refunds/replacements are only provided for damaged, leaked, or incorrect orders reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos).

Product Quality & Liability
• Our pickles are homemade with natural ingredients and may have slight variations in taste or texture with different batches (as with any other consumable food).
• Customers with allergies should purchase with awareness. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
• We do our best to ensure the highest quality. However, we insist for you to follow the care instructions provided on the pickles labels. With unsuitable weather or negligence in usage, we will not be held responsible for any product spoilage.

• Customer information (name, contact, payment details) is securely stored and not shared with third parties except for payment processing and shipping.
Intellectual Property
