• These terms apply to all purchases from HFS, made on any online stores.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Orders & Payments
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• We accept payments via available payment methods, e.g., Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, Net Banking, etc.
• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
Shipping & Delivery
• We ship across India within an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days, depending on location.
• Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details; we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, if they haven’t been shipped.
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
• Refunds/replacements are only provided for damaged, leaked, or incorrect orders reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos).

Product Quality & Liability
• Our pickles are made with natural ingredients and may have slight variations in taste or texture with different batches (as with any other consumable food).
• Customers with allergies should purchase with awareness. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
• We do our best to ensure the highest quality. However, we insist for you to follow the care instructions provided on the pickles labels. With unsuitable weather or negligence in usage, we will not be held responsible for any product spoilage once the product has been dispatched.
Privacy & Data Protection
• Customer information (name, contact, payment details) is securely stored and not shared with third parties except for payment processing and shipping.
Intellectual Property
• All content, images, and branding on this website belong to The Pickle Shop - by Home Food Studio and cannot be used without permission.
Governing Law
• These terms are governed by Indian laws, and any disputes will be handled in Mumbai jurisdiction.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, bullying, harassment, or any form of discriminatory or abusive behavior, such actions will result in immediate removal and necessary action.
