At Home Food Studio, we take pride in our homemade pickles and ensure the highest quality. However, if you’re not satisfied with your order, here’s our policy:
Returns & Replacements
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement.
Refunds
• No refunds on opened or consumed products.
• Refunds are issued only for orders canceled before dispatch or if a replacement is not possible.
• We prepare our pickles in limited batches, so incase of product unavailability, refunds are issued.
• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
• Home Food Studio reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to unforeseen situations. Incase of cancelation from our end, a refund will be initiated. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 working days.
